I just had an urge today to wear a Santa hat. So I did. A few hours later, I'm checking Rockfic.com for any new stories or reviews, and lo and behold, a beautiful surprise for me.
As part of what seems to be a tradition on the site, they are offering every logged-in member 12 wishes to put on their '2016 Ficmas Wishlist'. I nearly squealed. Then, I did squeal.
See, what happens is that people can enter up to 12 'wishes'. Each 'wish' consists of the names of two people available to write about on the site, their respective bands, and a kink. A kink can be what nearly everyone deems to be kinky, or a personal kink, like cuddling or feeding each other.
Currently, I have 6 of my 12 wishes chosen. On October 15th, everyone's wishlists are put on the site, but kept anonymous. Anyone can write a one-shot or a multi-chapter story based on a wish. Wishlist submissions are closed on November 30th and all the stories based on a person's wishes are delivered on Christmas. It's like a fairytale come true. Plus, I'll have inspiration out the wazoo.

P.P.S. On a different topic, apparently I've heard Rush's Moving Pictures, but I never listened to it until tonight. Limelight is now one of my favorite songs.
