I have a probably unhealthy fixation with rock stars. BUT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!
Let me elaborate... It's not entirely uncommon for me to write stories staring myself and a rock star. Won't quite mention which ones, though. Last night, after writing the blog entry, I tried to work on one between myself and Alice Cooper, then decided to see if there were any stories like mine on the Internet. Not only did I find Alice Cooper fanfic, I found an entire website dedicated to rock star fanfic. I've spent most of my last 24 waking hours reading Led Zeppelin fanfic. For some reason, all of the ones I've read involve Jimmy and Robert falling in love with each other. I won't lie: I am pretty turned-on by it. The people who write these are geniuses. When I post my first story on the site, I'll post a link to it. Still debating whether it'll be Jim Morrison, Alice Cooper, Robert Plant or Paul Stanley. I've started stories for all of them.
I only want to make a short post, because I'm right in the middle of a really compelling story, where Robert isn't incessantly optimistic, unlike all the others. It's interesting to see him in this light.
